CLIENT EVENTS
Hand Sanitizer dispensers are placed in main area throughout the venue, up on entrance, bathroom, kitchen and in space. In kitchens and washrooms, hand soap is provided for hand washing.
Facial Masks will be mandatory for both guests and staff when walking around the venue. Use of masks inside the space will be at the discretion of the client. Staff will wear masks as all times when working with clients and their guests. We have clean disposable masks available upon arrival.
Physical Distancing: As per Provincial orders, we encourage our guests to keep 6′ apart when outside their social circle during your event.
Signage: Throughout the venue, we have health and hygiene posters reminding guest of proper hand washing, and physical distancing requirements.
Eating & Drinking: Permitted
Good Ventilation: Front & Back Door / A/C
VENUE STAFF COMMITMENT
Staff Screening: Temperature check, screening and Rapid test are done prior to shift.
Hand Washing: Staff will wash their hands thoroughly multiple times during an event and after every cough, sneeze or touching of face.
PPE will be provided to all our staff which includes reusable medical N95 masks and gloves
Covid19 Training: All staff will be trained on our protocols to ensure all our guests and staff stay safe.
CLEANING & SANITIZATION POLICIES
The venue will be sanitized before, during and after every event. As per health guidelines, sanitization would include, but not limited to, all doorknobs, light switches, cabinet handles, faucet handles, tables, countertops and electronics. FOOD SERVICES HEALTH & SAFETY DURING COVID-19
Reinforce safe food handling practices and ensure that food and beverage services follow applicable guidelines and regulations.
Self-serve buffet-style service is not allowed. Plated service or packaged products are encouraged for meals and breaks.
Kitchen food prep workers should wear gloves only when required and changed between tasks.
Hand washing should take place before handling food, when hands are soiled, before and after wearing gloves, and between tasks.
